Two Signup Rounds This Week!
The third round of Intercon signups starts tomorrow, November 18th at 7PM EST, and the fourth round will be two days afterward, on Thursday November 20th, also at 7PM EST!
Following that, Monday the 24th will see our fifth signup round at 7PM, followed fifteen minutes later by fully-open signups.

Hotel Update
The Crowne Plaza is currently sold out, but if you still need hotel space, we have some other options for you. As of recently, the owners of the Crowne Plaza have sold the hotel that they've used for overflow in previous years, so we don't have a specific overflow hotel with a shuttle any more. We've put together a page of alternative hotels on our website, and a waitlist form for space at the Crowne Plaza, but availability of spaces is, of course, not guaranteed.
If you currently have a room at the Crowne Plaza, and need to cancel it (for whatever reason), please email the hotel coordinator instead of simply canceling it yourself, so we can transfer it to another attendee, rather than risking it going to a non-attendee. Please note that we don't have any relationship with the alternative hotels, they're simply some nearby hotels that claim to have availability and decent ratings from our own Internet searches.
To provide changing space and self-service bag storage for people staying offsite, we have arranged the use of the Bridal Room on the 5th floor of the Crowne Plaza.
Social & Forum Events
Intercon is also a place to discuss and learn about LARP theory and attend social events – from workshops to meetups to midnight parties. There are already several forum events and social meetups and parties listed on the schedule.
Attendees are welcomed and encouraged to express interest in them by signing up: Forum and Social events do not count against your signup limits! So go ahead and sign up for all that interests you.
