Happy New Year, GMs!
As we enter 2026, Intercon feels a lot closer, all of a sudden. This email will cover requests for furniture, catering, and dividers, which should be made by January 20th. We have a dedicated website for this (thanks webteam!), located here. You will be able to log into the site using your Intercon account.
For each event that you are a GM for, you will have an entry that you can use to fill out requests for that event. Any GM for an event can fill it out, so to avoid mixups, it’s recommended that multi-GM teams with requests communicate internally and then have one person fill it out.

Available Room Dividers
This picture shows the trifold design, and this picture shows the plastic divider (in front) and the tripod design (behind it).
Please note that on the website, if you are fine with anything of a category (large tables in general, rectangular tables more specifically, or dividers) you can fill in the parent entry, or you can expand the category to be more specific if you need to be. Expanding the category will copy anything in the parent entry to the first specific entry, and collapsing the category will add all requests to the parent level (so if you previously had said you want 2 30-inch rectangular tables, 1 18-inch rectangular table, and 3 rounds, collapsing the large table category will become 6 of any large table). Also, everything on the website is hoverable for a more detailed description.
When you arrive at your game space, you might have more furniture than you requested; this is because the request Intercon makes to the hotel will be inclusive of the needs of all events in that space.
For catering, any food or drink you provide for your game must be done through the hotel per our contract and must be done at GM cost – you cannot serve outside food and drink and Intercon cannot pay for your events. There are detailed hotel menus available here, but prices are non-inclusive of 29% in additional fees (state taxes and hotel service charge), so factor that into your budget.
For more information about furniture and food, please see the appropriate headings on our GM Policies page, and there is a map of the hotel available at Hotel Layout.
Thank you all for your time! A reminder that these requests should be made in the next three weeks, by January 20th.
