Intercon Signups Round 2!
The second round of Intercon signups starts tonight, November 13th at 7pm EST!
Remember to send in your proof of the latest COVID Vaccine to vaccination@w.interconlarp.org and see our COVID FAQ for more details.
This year's remaining signups will be on:
- Wednesday, November 13th, 7PM - Two games total.
- Tuesday, November 19th, 7PM - Three games total.
- Thursday, November 21st, 7PM - Four games total.
- Monday, November 25th, 7PM - Registration limits removed - all the games!
Several great events have been added to the schedule since the last round of signups:

More than LARPs!
Intercon is also a place to discuss and learn about LARP theory and attend social events- from workshops to meetups to midnight parties. There are already several forum events and social meetups and parties listed on the schedule.
Attendees are welcomed and encouraged to express interest in them by signing up: Forum and Social events do not count against your signup limits! So go ahead and sign up for all that interests you.
Iron GM Contest!
Iron GM is a LARP-writing contest sponsored by New England Interactive Literature (NEIL). The writing weekend will be 8pm Friday January 10th to 8pm Saturday January 11th EST; the running times will be Sunday March 2nd 11am and 2pm at Intercon W. The basic steps are as follows:
- Sign up! Teams of 2-5 writers can sign up on the writer signup form by December 31st.
- Prepare! Read the full rules document on the Intercon website
- Receive ingredients! At 8pm on Friday, January 10th, your team will be emailed a genre, a theme, an element, and a prop. Examples can be found in the rules.
- Can’t make those dates? Need a time adjustment? Can’t start on a Friday? Contact the Iron GM Team– we are excited to work with you to find an alternative time!
- Write! You have 24 hours to write and submit a complete game.
- Hype! Get your friends to sign up to play games written by you and your competitors.
- Run! During your designated time slot, host the inaugural run of your game.
- Win! It’s a competition! You’ll get feedback on your game, and have the chance for money if you place first, second, or third.
Iron GM also needs Readers to review games! Readers would have from January 14th to February 16th to read and provide constructive feedback on at least two games. If you are interested in being a Reader for Irom GM, please express your interest through the reader signup form.
