Thank you all so much for attending Intercon, playing and running games, and helping make the convention go! This was my fourth time running the convention, and it's been bigger and more exciting, with new people, new ideas, new games, new challenges, and new joys every single time. This year we expanded the number of signup rounds and the availability of the quiet room, we had two dances, and more ice cream, coffee, and pizza. We had mealtime meetups, an improved digital availability sign, and numerous other small changes that I hope made your con experience even better! I'm incredibly proud of all my team for putting together another amazing event.
By the time the last attendee had wandered in, we had 540 people at the convention, almost 75 more than ever before!
Planning for Intercon X: Xenial has already begun, and your feedback and contributions can help shape next year's convention into the best (and biggest) Intercon yet!
Thank you again for being a part of the Intercon community, and sharing this part of your journey with us.

Managing COVID risk is a part of our lives now. We did not have any cases of COVID reported from con attendees, during the con, and, as we go into this first week after Intercon W, if you test positive before the end of day Thursday, please let us know by emailing covid-report@w.interconlarp.org, and we’ll plan on sending out a quick email to everyone on Friday, to let you know either way if we get any reports. Both your safety and privacy is important to us and your identity will not be disclosed to other parties. Your reporting email will be seen by the con chair and the COVID Safety team ONLY.

Once again, we have a post con survey this year! Built on the new survey platform by our web team, the new survey will log you in via the NEIL Hosting website, which hosts all the Intercon sites, so use your Intercon login information. It will ask permission to share your event signups. This allows us to only have to ask you about the events you participated in at the convention. Note that while you can Save your progress at any point, you will need to Submit your survey for the con staff and event organizers to be able to view your results. Once you have submitted, you can re-open the survey if you think of more you want to share. If you encounter any issues with the survey, please email conchair@w.interconlarp.org with details and we'll get you sorted. Thank you for your feedback! It helps us make the con even better!
We have an assortment of great New England conventions coming up this year. If you are interested, you can check out the links below to the convention in question.

Hopefully we will welcome you to Intercon X: Xenial, which will take place from February 26 through March 1, 2026! We have a website up at https://x.interconlarp.org and we’re already accepting larp proposals! We're taking applications to join the Proposal Committee via this form, and if you want to join the larger team, reach out to the conchair, Kevin Gordon.
After every Intercon, we have an Intercon Community Meeting, which serves as a wrap-up for the con that has just happened and a kickoff for the next Intercon! At that meeting we also elect new NEIL Board members for a two year term. This year, the Community meeting will be on March 16th at 2pm. (Calendar Event) Come make your thoughts heard, and get involved in the upcoming convention and the NEIL community at large. If you have a proposal for the NEIL Board, wish to self-nominate for a NEIL Board position, or have any other questions, please contact the current NEIL President, Alison Joy.
Please take care of your post-con self. Con drop is a real thing and the energy transition from Intercon can be difficult. Please make sure your needs are taken care of and extend that kindness to others if you have the energy. Take care of one another and our community.
Thank you so much to our Intercon Staff and the many other volunteers who make Intercon possible for all of us. We look forward to seeing many of you next year!
