This is just a quick newsletter as we approach the end of the year to pass on a few important details about Intercon W!
At this point, many larps have sent out casting surveys, so keep an eye out for those.
We have a few new games that we’ve just added to the schedule!

COVID Vax Reminder
Over half of attendees have already sent in their COVID Vax proof, but we still have around 180 attendees who still need to send it in. We’ll be reaching out again directly to those people, but, if you’re not sure if you’ve sent it in yet, you can check on the front page of the website.
Overflow Hotel!
While the main hotel, the Crowne Plaza, has run out of room availability, we have arranged space in an overflow hotel, a Holiday Inn Express, 6 minutes drive away, at the same room rate. The Holiday Inn runs a shuttle on demand between the two hotels. You can find information on how to book a room there on the Hotel Info page.

The NEIL annual meeting and election will be via on-line Google Meet on January 5th (Sunday) at 2pm EST! You can see the Google Calendar event, including the Google Meet link.
